Matt Cutts talks on how to remove your content from Google
Here is a great YouTube video with Matt Cutts (the head Google engineer) explaining in a very easy to understand presentation, how to remove your content from Google and also how to prevent Google and other search engines from ever indexing content that you do not want to make public in search engines.
He talks about the use of robots.txt, nofollow and noIndex elements, the use of the .htaccess file, and most importantly, the great new Google webmaster feature which allows you to manually remove URL’s from Google at will and then revoke them at a later date if you decide you want them re-indexed! Very nice!
This Video is a must see for all SEO enthusiasts out there and well worth the 12 minutes :)
